1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Typo Quest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable national and international laws.
2. User Accounts
In order to access certain features of the app, you may be required to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using automated scripts, bots, or software to artificially inflate your typing speed metrics.
- Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of our matchmaking systems.
- Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the educational environment or violates the law.
4. Subscriptions & Purchases
TypoQuest offers auto-renewable subscriptions to provide you with premium features, including unlimited game play, parental control, and more.
Subscription Title: TypoQuest Pro
Length of Subscription: Monthly or Yearly (as selected)
Price: As displayed in the app for your region.
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions may be managed, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
